Oh Joey! He is just such a treat! His smile and laugh are infectious! He doesnt talk much but we have figured out that is because jack and juls do everything for him! If he even fusses a little tiny bit, Jack and juls jump to his rescue! Although in the past week or so, he has started to consistently say some single words! :)
