St. Bede put on this awesome Medieval Faire and we brought the kids to it. You can only imagine how excited Jack was to be around knights and swords and other Medieval stuff! He was in all his glory having sword fights!
It was quite a hot day so Joey was a little fussy and quite tired so Bammy was in charge of him and put him right to sleep! What a little angel! :)
They had a game where you had to shoot a little dart out of this bow and arrow thing and shoot an apple off of a man's head (wooden of course!). Mike was helping the kids play the game. 
Mike tried over and over to shoot the apple w/ no luck. Jack really wanted him to win this game becuae they were giving a really nice sword and shield as the prize and Jack really wanted it! Finally, after Mike realized that he was not going to shoot the apple, he gave it to Jack and was like good luck buddy! Jack took aim and with one shot, knocked the apple right down! :) He was SO excited! Then, he wanted to win one for Julia so he did it again! Jack did it 4x total and won 4 of the really nice prizes! There were much older kids and adults who could not win but Jack was shooting it practically every time! We were cracking up!
Julia liked this pirate girl. Julia just had to give her a ticket, pick a number and get a prize! right up her alley!
All in all, it was a fun fun day! hot outside, but fun nonetheless! :)
