Any reason for us to hit the road and head to Champaign works for us! On Monday, Feb 6th Michael found out he will be starting a new job! :) This is the best news our family could have received! It has been a long time coming! We are all so proud of Mike and really eager for this new journey ahead of us! So, we skipped down and went to our favorite place, Champaign! Hotel, food, fondue and swimming! :)

jack was pretending he was working at the desk! He talked us into letting him make a phone call to my mom on the "old fashioned phone" The kids thought it was hillarious that there was a phone connected to the wall! LOL So, $2.59 cents leter he called my mom for 30 seconds!
then, of course, we spent most of the weekend swimming! The pool was a bit cold so we spent most of our time in the hot tub! We just left it luke warm for the kids and mike and I were able to relax instead of freeze!
