What a perfect Father's Day present for Mike! A short little trip to Champaign! Being in CU really just makes us happy! We loved living there, miss our great friends from there and miss the whole atmosphere of it! We feel we made a good decision moving back to SV, but its okay if we still miss CU! So, we loaded up the bigs kids and headed down for a night on the town! :) The definition of "night on the town" has changed dramatically from college days, it no longer means drinks at Legends, White Horse and pizza in the middle of the night! It now means dinner with great friends (thank you Jackie and Will) at Dos reales, and long walks on the Quad in the dark topped with a little Fondue @ the bread company! I wouldnt have traded it for anything...except maybe a double amaretto stone sour at Legends! LOL...
The kids loved climbing the stairs at Foellinger Auditorium and Jack even did a few ninja moves!

We visited the Eternal Flame where Mike proposed to me! The kids thought it was funny that Daddy kissed Mommy there! LOL
We had so much fun walking the quad and telling kids stories of when we lived in CU! :) What a great night!
