Two years ago my Mom and Dad brought Jack to Medieval Times. Since that day it has been nothing but Knights, Swords and Horses at my house! Today my angel turns 5 so we decided to take him back to MEDIEVAL TIMES!
Jack was so happy to be there! When he went the first time they sat in the Blue Knight section! By chance we were put in the same section! I was so glad it worked out like that because Jack truly thinks the Blue Knight belongs to him! :)
Juls was clearly too little two years ago so she stayed home but she has watched the DVDs of Medieval Times and heard Jack talk about it for two years so she was super excited to finally be there!

Jack has talked about becoming a "real" knight for quite some time so we decided to get him the "knighting package" this time! He got to go up in front of everyone and be "knighted" by the King of Leon! He truly thinks he is a knight now!
He went up there so bravely and was quite serious as the King was telling him he was going to become a Knight. It brought tears to my eyes when he was up there because I know how much this truly means to him!
I could tell he started to get a little nervous/excited/emotional as the King placed the sword on his shoulders and told him his responsibilities as a Knight!
And then the tears came! i think he was overwhelmed with emotion so it came out as tears! He looked at me and the audience and said "im scared" The crowd laughed but the King was able to reign Jack back in and get him to cooperate with the "knighting ceremony!"

And, our infamous Blue Knight! He did so well during the first battle! He was the champ but during the second battle he took a sword to the stomach and that was the end of the blue knight! Jack was devaastated when he did not win! But, Jack thinks that next time he gets to take his place since he was the new "blue knight!"
