I just wanted to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for Gram. She is home and doing as good as can be expected! She is resting comfortably which is the main thing.
It felt so nice to get outside w/ the kids this weekend and let them play in the fresh air! My mom and I brought them out for quite a long time! My mom even took them for a walk!
