Basketball was quite the experience! Jack was excited to play basketball, but he only wanted to participate in what his version of how practice should go! He did not want to participate in running drills or anything else that was not throwing the ball in the basket or dribbling. They had a great coach, Coach Eric who was really good w/ trying to engage Jack. Jack spent time w/ coach but did not want to do any drills. Usually about half way through he would come to the side and say he was ready to go home but on the last day he surprised us all! He did every running drill, forwards, backwards, hopping, skipping, dribbling, relay races, and the basketball game at the end! He did MAGNIFICENT! The class was for 3 and 4 year olds and Jack wont be 3 for a couple more weeks, so I was glad that he even went out there because him and Aubree were the youngest there! But, when he actually participated the last day I was so glad! Sad at the same time that it was the last class when he finally decides to do it! He is just such an angel, I love every minute of his little stubborn personality! :)
Happy birthday Connor!
