Juls gets her helmet

Little Miss Julia has been diagnosed w/ plagiocephaly. Her head is a bit flat in the back so the doctors want her to wear a helmet for about 4-6 months. While she is absolutely beautiful the way she is, we have decided to fix her head shape a bit. The doctor explains that the goal for head symetry is over 90% and Juls is only in the 72% range. With her age and early detection, the doctor feels as if we will be able to 100% correct the symetry of her skull. It's a rigorous process and we have to have the helmet on her head 23 hours per day. It only comes off for a bath. Juls is adjusting well to the helmet and Jack is very accepting of her new look! She looks absolutely adorable in her butterfly decorated helmet! Below are some before and after pics! :) Isnt she adorable!

My beautiful angel! We love you.
